ABORT VIA EJECT

That.

Motorcycle.

Is.

Fucking.

Awesome.

The last time I saw a scene that made me feel like I was 5 years old was when I was watching Independence Day in theatres.

Have a good weekend,
Mamma Mia

ADDITIONAL POSTSCRIPT ACTION: The Rob made me aware of a band from Japan called Boredoms, who, last year on July 7 (7.7.07), hosted an event where 77 drummers gathered in Brooklyn to play an original 77 minute piece.

Tradition seems to be on Boredom's agenda; on 8.8.08, they will be hosting an 88 drummer event to play an original 88 minute piece in, of all places, the Brea Tar Pits. The event is free and you can get your tickets ordered now, at no service fee, at Brown Paper Tickets. Limited to one ticket per order, and I'd suggest doing it now since it was virtually effortless and likely to run out of room. The Rob says that "if you don't fucking go, I will fucking kill you." Thanks for the heads up, The Rob! Now get back to your weekend.
