FRANKLY, MY DEAR, NO, SERIOUSLY, WHAT THE FUCK WERE YOU THINKING (IT'S OKAY IF IT TAKES A WHILE TO SUBMIT--EXCEPT FOR YOUR WALLET AND SANITY 'N STUFF)

scratch recordings of 2nd rehearsal with old group (h.g., a.s., a.f., a.w.) / c. Jan. 2008

So many things going on. It's kind of grating, especially when all you've been trying to do in recent months is write with, at most, four chords per song.

Let the exposure exist for personal documentation, acknowledgment of new creative chapters and I suppose public retirement of past writing habits.

For what it's worth, those tunes were retired long ago. I suppose everyone else had the better ear than I did. Rimshot?

(A.W. is going to kill me if he finds out I put these up -- that guitar tone, to this day, drives him wild, to the point of saying he wants to retrack live scratch tracks just to eliminate that tone from all history. He's a jazz guitarist, and they're all fucking weird, really.)

LEZ GIT DRUKN,
Hugo
