NON-HUMOR ME

A lot of people in the blogosphere claim financial ruin, but also claim frequent jet setting. And not just destination hopping, but general world domination. They often give the impression they only know the world through airport code. They often claim they're in it for love and happiness, citing both as the exclusive truths for self-worth and real meaning in the world, all the while dropping names of brands and people you'll likely never hear about again (it's just that obscure and ambiguous -- you're supposed to feel like you're stupid and out-of-touch, but it's intentionally cloudy, so loosen that noose). It's all a big charade, but we're bigger than that, right, readers?
