'HOW ABOUT WE NOT PLAY A SONG WITH A BUNCH OF FAGGY CHORDS, FAGGITY FAG?'



I wrote this sketch/impression a very, very long time ago. I never found a home for it. I've tried to use it in a lot of different pop and rock groups. It never gelled with the people I played with. It stayed dormant. It made me sad, because it's very fun to play. It just kind of died. :[

But I played it for my guys a couple weeks ago and they liked it. It fits in with our ambitious sound of (probably) way too many layers. We write and arrange everything from piano because we like stacking sounds and pulling away from a vast pool of good and bad ideas. It'll be the most challenging piece to record in this EP's process, but, hey, nothing's easy.
